What is APK?
A file with the .apk extension is a package for the Android operating system. This format is a variant of the Java JAR format and is used to distribute and install packaged components for the Android platform for smartphones and tablets,12 as well as some distributions focused on use on personal desktops and laptops (Note and Netbook, respectively), for example: Remix OS.
APK files are analogous to other software packages like APPX on Microsoft Windows or Deb packages on Debian like Ubuntu . To create an APK file, an Android program is first compiled and then all its parts are packaged into a single file. An APK file contains all of that program's code (such as .dex files), resources, assets, certificates, and a manifest file. As is the case with many file formats, APK files can have any name needed, as long as the file name ends in ".apk".
The .APK format is basically a compressed ZIP file with a different extension, so it can be opened and inspected using file archiver software such as 7-Zip, PeaZip, WinZip, WinRAR or Ark.
To open it as an application, an Android emulator for different platforms must be used.
What is whatsapp plus?
Whatsapp plus as such is not an official application, rather it is a MOD (modification of the original app). It was developed in 2012 by a Spaniard who over time gave it importance, however, another group of developers continued to give life to the already famous alternative messaging app.
Whatsapp plus, in addition to offering the same features as the original app, adds other advanced features that were generally incorporated to offer some features that had been claimed by WhatsApp users and that Facebook never wanted to add.
